Do I need to create an account to use Become?

No. Become is device-based, so you don’t need to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device.



What happens if I change my device?

Currently, your data cannot be automatically moved to a new device. However, you can contact our team, and we will do our best to assist you.



How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions are linked to your App Store or Google Play account. If you change devices, your subscription can be restored on your new device. Contact our team if you need help.



Is there a free trial?

Yes. We want you to be sure Become is right for you before paying. Every subscription comes with at least a 3-day free trial.



How is billing managed?

Billing is handled directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To update, pause, or cancel your subscription, please go to your store account settings.



Can I get a refund?

Refunds are managed by Apple and Google according to their rules and policies. Please contact the App Store or Google Play directly to request a refund.



Can I use Become on multiple devices?

For now, your data is only available on the device where you first used the app, since there is no login or sync system.



How are quotes and messages generated?

We use AI together with your journal entries to create daily personalised quotes and messages that reflect your goals and challenges.



Do I need an internet connection?

Yes. You need to be connected to the internet for quotes and messages to be delivered.



How many messages will I receive?

You’ll receive at least three personalised motivational messages per day.
